Tim Fischer is the founder of EurasConsulting, established in 2004 with a clear focus on cross-border business matchmaking between China, the Philippines, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

With over 30 years of experience in the Philippine market and more than two decades working within international and diplomatic environments, he brings a unique ability to connect the right people, projects, and opportunities.

His work centers on identifying practical business synergies—linking manufacturers, investors, and partners through trusted networks and real-world insight. Tim operates at the intersection of culture, commerce, and long-term relationship building, ensuring that each engagement is grounded, transparent, and executable.

Lucas Sai Zongliang brings over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and food industry equipment manufacturing. With a strong technical background in mechanical manufacturing and automation, combined with international exposure through his Japanese language studies, he bridges engineering expertise with global business understanding.

He has extensive experience in equipment design, process optimization, production management, and technical client support. As a Managing Partner at EurasConsulting, Lucas plays a key role in evaluating industrial projects, aligning technical requirements, and ensuring that partnerships between manufacturers and international clients are both practical and scalable.

In addition, he is an active entrepreneur in Shanghai, where he founded and manages a Philippine cultural and music-themed restaurant, reflecting his passion for cross-cultural engagement and business innovation.
